In our vibrant musical community, our team members aren’t just part of a workplace – they’re contributors to a thriving creative environment driven by passion and purpose. Our instructors are passionate artists with diverse experiences, bringing a rich tapestry of perspectives to our school, while our non-teaching staff play an equally vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our students connected and inspired.

For Music Educators
We offer you the opportunity to share your experience and ignite a passion for drumming in others through fun and engaging group and private lessons. You’ll be an integral part of creating memorable musical and educational experiences for our students. We value your voice and welcome your input as we embark on new developmental stages in our business. In addition to small group classes, we host workshops, school fun days, masterclasses, and drum clinic performances — providing varied and exciting ways for you to connect, teach, and inspire.

Operating during school term time only (39 weeks), you’ll have ample time to rejuvenate or pursue other interests such as festival work, touring, or freelance projects. We also offer a growing daytime/Home Ed schedule for those looking to diversify their work hours.

For Administrative Professionals
As a key member of our non-teaching team, you’ll help create seamless experiences for students and families while supporting the smooth operation of our school. From managing student enquiries and onboarding new drummers to coordinating event logistics and helping with social media engagement, your role will be at the heart of our community’s success. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to streamline processes, foster positive student relationships, and contribute creatively to our growing brand.

We believe in providing a dynamic, supportive environment where administrative roles offer room for professional growth and creative input. Just as our educators inspire through music, our administrative staff are valued for their problem-solving skills, organisational talents, and ability to create meaningful connections within our community.

  • Drum Instructor

Davin Eadie, one of our newest members to join Drummers Link Music Schools faculty, has a unique background in performance. Davin graduated from drama school in 2008 and started his career as a full time actor. Appearing mainly in theatre, as well as some TV and film work, he is no stranger to a live audience.

Davin first came to be playing the drums after auditioning for a role which required him to at least look and sound as if he knew how to play. A two week crash course of daily lessons turned into an obsession! He even managed to convince a few members of the audience that he knew how to drum, which he certainly didn’t. Fast forward to today, and a lot more lessons and even more practice, he feels confident in his ability and would love to revisit that role and really show off what he has learnt.

Having come to drums and learning a musical instrument later in life, Davin has a distinctive advantage to relate to the whole learning process; In fact he is still actively pursuing his own grade 8 certificate. This enables him to understand the frustrations of an adult learner, trying to find time in their busy schedules and all the blocks they encounter right through to our younger students who may have more time and are eager to learn but just might need that energy focused in the right direction.

Currently steering our adult groups to achieve their goals he looks forward to imparting his love and passion for the drums to the younger members too. With performance at the heart of his teaching, creativity and the skill to express this outwardly are the drivers to make that possible for all students and Davin believes we all have the ability to express our individuality through this beautiful and truly wonderful instrument, we just need to learn how.
